Ngo Dinh Khoi

 Ngo Dinh Khoi was bom in 1893 in Phu Cam. He was the eldest child of Mr Kha. Mr Khoi married Mrs Nguyen Thi Giang, the eldest daughter of Minister Nguyen Huu Bai. They only had a child whose name was Ngo Dinh Huan. Mr Huan soon followed Western education, getting BA degree. He was once nominated as a labor inspector under prorectorate French regime; he was then an efficientcollaborator of Japanese gmdarme under the regime of Celestial Emperor army in Vietnam.
 
Ngo Dinh Khoi was a mandarin under Nguyen dynasty whose post was Quang Nam Provincial Chief; since he got salary from the French but cooperating with the Japanese to secretly support Cuong De, hence in 1944 he was dismissed from his post by the French. Back in Hue at his esidence (presently Sacred Heart Order near Phu Cam bridge, Hue city), Ngo Dinh Khoi often organized meetings among persons who were against the French, but Japanese supporters.
 
In August 1945, father and child Ngo Dinh Khoi and Ngo Dinh Huan were arrested by Vỉet Minh and Hue people. Afterwards, they were punished, together with Pham Quynh, at Hien Sy village, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien province.
